The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase (submission of an online order).


The general terms and conditions address the operation of the online store, the rights of the user, and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.


By confirming the order, the user acknowledges the general terms and conditions, privacy policy, and legal notice.


The prices of products in the online store are displayed in euros (€) and include 9.5% or 22% VAT (value-added tax), unless explicitly stated otherwise.


Delivery


Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity period.


Prices are valid for payments made using the above-mentioned payment methods and under the specified conditions. Despite our best efforts to ensure the most up-to-date and accurate data, price information errors may occur. In such a case, or if the price of a product changes during the processing of an order, the provider will allow the customer to cancel the purchase and offer a solution satisfactory to both parties.


The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded when the provider confirms the order. From this moment, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the provider and the customer.


Our contractual partners for package delivery are GLS d.o.o. and Pošta Slovenije.


Delivery charges are calculated according to the current price list. The indicated shipping costs apply to domestic deliveries within Slovenia and separately to other countries within the EU. Product delivery is possible within the EU.


All orders are dispatched within three working days, in the case of payment via PayPal or credit card. Orders marked for payment via bank transfer are dispatched upon receipt of payment in the provider’s bank account. Orders placed during weekends and holidays are dispatched on the next working day. For products with longer delivery times, the stated delivery time applies. The provider reserves the right to choose a different delivery service if it enables more efficient fulfillment of the order.


Purchase


Select the product you wish to buy and click the "Add to basket" button. In the shopping cart at the top right, the quantity and total amount of ordered items will be displayed. If you want to remove, reduce, or increase the quantity of a specific product, you can do so in the Shopping Cart.


The checkout process begins by clicking on the Shopping Cart and the "Proceed to Checkout" button. The online store guides you through the following steps:

Step 4 - Review the order; at this step, you can check all the details

Step 5 - Complete the order.


After placing the order, you will receive an order summary via email. The customer can cancel the submitted order within one hour of placing it. After this period, order cancellation is not possible. Any costs incurred after the cancellation period are borne by the customer. Customers can always access the status and content of their orders on the provider's website.


The purchase contract between the customer and the provider becomes irrevocably binding at this stage. By clicking the "Place Order" button, you confirm that you are aware of the full content of the terms and conditions stated here and that you were explicitly informed of these terms during the purchase process.


The purchase contract (order) in the Slovenian language is stored electronically on the server and is accessible to the customer at any time through their user profile (Your Account).


The purchase contract (order) binds the online store and the customer. If the customer withdraws from the contract, they are responsible for covering all direct costs associated with the return of goods under the Consumer Protection Act (Article 43.c, Paragraph 6). If the customer orders products online and then refuses or does not accept the shipment, they bear the shipping costs in both directions. The shipping costs are determined by the delivery service.


The provider issues the customer an invoice on a durable medium, itemizing the costs and providing instructions on how to withdraw from the purchase and return products if necessary and possible.


Return of Goods


The right to withdraw from purchase, return of goods within 14 days.


According to the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the customer has the right to return purchased goods within 14 days without providing a reason. The customer must notify the provider in writing about the intended return within 14 days of receiving the goods, either via the contact form or at info@neamalia.com, and return the goods within the next 14 days.


Goods must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and in the same quantity, without any visible signs of use. You must also include the original invoice and your bank account details for the refund. The return address is Zaloška cesta 99, 1000 Ljubljana. We recommend using a delivery service that offers tracking and appropriately packaging the goods for transport (you may use the original packaging or other suitable secure packaging). The customer bears the cost of return shipping. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.


The customer can request a refund upon returning the goods, which the seller will refund to their bank account no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification. The online store also offers product exchanges.


Companies, sole proprietors, and other legal entities may return items under warranty conditions. Such organizations are not entitled to withdraw from the contract within 15 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason, as applicable to consumers (natural persons).


Payment Methods


The provider offers the following payment methods:

  • Proforma invoice (payment by proforma invoice - bank transfer). If you choose to pay by proforma invoice, you will receive a proforma invoice via email. Once the invoice is fully paid, you will receive the ordered goods. If the invoice is partially paid, the goods remain the property of NVBM d.o.o. until full payment is received.
  • PayPal (payment via PayPal system)
  • Credit card payment (via Stripe system)
  • Cash payment upon personal pickup at the showroom

Disclaimer of Liability


The provider strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information published on their website. However, product characteristics, delivery times, or prices may change so quickly that the provider cannot update the information on the website in time. In such cases, the provider will notify the customer of changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered product.


Although the provider endeavors to provide accurate product photos, all photos are for illustrative purposes only. Photos do not guarantee the product's features.


Exclusion of Liability


We reserve the right to disable the website or restrict access due to technical or other issues and maintenance, which may also impede or prevent the use of the online store. In the event of technical issues on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by the technical error. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of further steps. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate protection of your equipment (antivirus, etc.) when accessing and using the website.


Invoice Issuance


Upon receiving payment for the ordered items, we will send the customer an invoice in electronic form to their email address. The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase.


Liability for Material Defects


The seller is liable for material defects that existed when the risk passed to the buyer, regardless of whether the seller was aware of them. The seller is also liable for material defects that appear after the risk has passed to the buyer if they are due to a cause that existed before. Insignificant material defects are not considered.


Legal Notice


The online store is owned and operated by NVBM d.o.o. The content published in the online store is the property of NVBM d.o.o. and may be used for non-commercial purposes, provided all copyright notices are retained and not copied, reproduced, or otherwise distributed without the permission of NVBM d.o.o. Occasionally, we may be unable to ensure complete accuracy and reliability of all published data. We take all warnings seriously and will promptly correct published information. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of information published in this online store or temporary unavailability of the store. We reserve the right to daily changes in content, pricing errors, and written text. By using the online store, the visitor confirms that they accept the described terms and agree to them.


Complaints and Disputes


The provider respects applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider strives to fulfill its obligation to establish an effective complaint handling system and to designate a person the customer can contact in case of issues, either by phone or email.


Complaints can be submitted via email to info@neamalia.com. The complaint handling process is confidential. Our team will confirm receipt of the complaint within five working days, inform the customer of how long it will take to process, and keep them updated on the progress.
